Halloween Chandelier

This is a great value for a fun Halloween Decoration.

This heavy cardstock kit comes with all the pieces needed to create a quick hanging decoration for your home or business. When complete, the chandelier measures over 2 feet in diameter, and at least 3 feet from top to bottom. The length is adjusted by you to fit your ceiling height.

The kit includes everything you need. All the full color cardstock pieces, a roll of ribbon, and 6 balloons.
